**Jimmy Kimmel**: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a very special edition of *Jimmy Kimmel Live!* Tonight, we have a guest who needs no introduction. She's the reigning 1WM World Heavyweight Champion, holding that title for an impressive 479 days and counting. Please give a warm welcome to **Ya Girl Q!**
**Ya Girl Q**: Thank you, Jimmy! It's an honor to be here. And let me just say, your beard game is strong. Respect.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Ha, thanks, Q! Now, let's get right into it. You've been dominating the wrestling company known as One Wrestle Movement, or 1WM for short, for over a year now. How does it feel to hold that championship belt for so long?
**Ya Girl Q**: Jimmy, it's been an incredible journey. When I first won the title, I knew I had to prove myself every single day. As you can see, I’m not the tallest person in this room. Still, it's not just about the physicality; it's about the mental game too. But honestly, there's no feeling quite like stepping into that ring, hearing the crowd roar for Ya Girl Q, and knowing you're the one they're all watching. It's electrifying.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Absolutely. And speaking of electrifying, your signature move— "Q’s Lament"—has become legendary. Can you walk us through how you came up with it?
**Ya Girl Q**: Well, Jimmy, it's actually funny how it came to be. You see, for the longest I have enjoyed just dropping people on their heads just for the fun of it. I mean there’s a reason why my X Handle is @qisgonnabreakya after all. Now, I know people might not think of me as much of a powerhouse because of my smaller stature but it’s actually my lower center of gravity that helps me. Well, that and I’ve worked really hard powerlifting throughout my career to be able to deadlift my opponents of various sizes and German suplexing them.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Impressive! Now, let's talk about your rivalries. You've clashed with some of the biggest names in the business. Who's been your toughest opponent so far?
**Ya Girl Q**: Oh, Jimmy, that's a tough one. But if I had to pick, I’d have to say it’s my former mentor and father figure, “Pretty” Ricky Stanton. Things had gotten deeply personal and there was a long back and forth that went on for a year before we even had a singles match. Even then, things weren’t settled. There’s no doubt that we will one day meet face to face again but, for now, it’s best that we are relegated to our own shows. Me on the A show, Legendary, and he as the GM of the B show, Glory.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Well said. Now, rumor has it that you have a secret training regimen involving pizza and disco music. Care to elaborate?
**Ya Girl Q**: (laughs) Jimmy, you've done your homework! Yes, it's true. Pizza fuels my soul, and disco gets my heart pumping. There's something about grooving to "Stayin' Alive" that boosts my energy. Plus, the glittery outfits—very distracting for opponents. But shh, don't tell anyone—it's our little secret.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Your secret's safe with me. Now, let's switch gears. Outside the ring, you're emerging as a name for your philanthropic work. Tell us about the "Suplex for a Cause" charity you have been working on.
**Ya Girl Q**: Ah, yes! "Suplex for a Cause" is close to my heart. We will be organizing wrestling conventions to raise funds for various sub-charities—everything from children's hospitals to animal shelters. It's my way of giving back and showing that wrestlers can be superheroes both in and out of the ring.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: That's fantastic. And finally, Q, what's next for you? Any upcoming challenges or goals?
**Ya Girl Q**: Jimmy, I will never stop striving at being the best that I can be. Inside the ring, I’ve broken records as the face of 1WM. Outside of the ring, I’m only just getting started. I’ve toyed with the idea of getting back into acting. I’ve already had a small role in a show on SplatTV but I’m looking to see where I can make my mark as a leading lady.
**Jimmy Kimmel**: Mind-blowing! Ya Girl Q, thank you for being here tonight. And folks, keep an eye out for her next match—she just might be dropping people on their heads.
