Campbell grew up in a well off family that put him through college and raised him well. From a young age, he fell in love with pure professional wrestling where it was man to man and whomever was better won. As he grew older, he realized that wrestling was becoming more about spectacle rather than the actual sport. Since then, he devoted himself to saving wrestling from its perceived problems.
