It has been revealed by Wrestling Onlooker's Misty Albert that 1WM and Bianca Davis were "very apart" on money during recent re-negotiations.
Misty Albert has provided further details saying:
"Davis and 1WM have not reached terms for a new contract. 1WM directly hasn't said anything about her but those in the company over recent months have said the sides were not close on money."
"She and 1WM reached an agreement in the summer regarding her leaving at the end of the year and the agreement was they would release her to be a free agent rather than freeze her deal, but she couldn't do 'anything with wrestling until the start of 2023."
"Instead of taking the deal, in the fall negotiations continued and it was considered that it was close to a done deal, aside from the money figure, and the two sides ended up being far apart."
"She was said to be seeking a number along the levels of current World Heavyweight Champion, Q, and current Glory General Manager Ricky Stanton. Those internally have said she wasn't offered numbers close to that."
"They said she's not seen internally as someone who would be on top for the next five years, but seen as someone who could get a Glory or Pride title run, but has peaked at the utmost level."
Albert had previously questioned on her podcast whether Davis is a name that would capable of "driving the revenue" when compared to the likes of Arley Kirk.
